Forexolic
- The problem to be a forex trader is, you could be lonely in this business. Unless you're a top forex traders who work
at a desk trading for a Bank account, or you have to set up an investment
company, chances are you can't get direct experience or met personally with the
more experienced forex traders. Most of us, should we need to find yourself a
mentor who can guide in an effort to become a forex trader who generate profits
consistently. Often we had to look through the books, forum or blog for the
sake of finding the right mentor for each of us.
Mentors themselves according to the definition
from Merriam Webster dictionary is a "tutors or consultants who can be
trusted". I think this definition is not enough, here are some of the
qualities that I think should be owned by a mentor.
1. Credibility. The first, a good mentor should
have proof that he knows what he has to say. My point is evidence of their
track record (at least three years) along with a detailed note explaining the
process of trading them.
2.Inspire. a mentor is someone who can be your
guide, not only within the scope of the traders only. Discussion with your
mentor should be able to include topics that lead to the goal, or maybe a
relationship of trust. That is also the main thing is a mentor must have
thought about which is best for you, and be able to guide you towards your
dream lifestyle.
3.Be reliable. You should be able to trust him,
you should be able to open up to the people, because, not only are you going to
follow her way of trading, but chances are he'll criticize you as a trader. If
you do not trust his judgement, it will be difficult for you to still have an
open view, and it will keep you to develop into a trader. More importantly, in
the end you will continue to live trading. Do you trust the people enough to
teach you so that you don't waste your time, hard work, and the money you make
with difficulty with the result that even the vain.
4.Be honest. As I have said repeatedly, the
forex market is not at all know compassion, when a mentor promising 100%
success, perhaps you should think twice before listening to his advice. He
should have told you the truth, and that forex is not an easy business. It is
his duty as mentors to prepare you and help you through the difficult times.
5.Encourage Self-reliance. Don't get me wrong,
I would recommend to have others to accompany your trading journey. But there
will be a time when you have to trade on their own. Will be very difficult to
find someone who is in the same time zone as you. A good Mentor should be able
to make you aware of this and help you be trust yourself that you can do it
yourself. What's more, in the end, it's you who decides who will be doing the
trading.
Mentors is not a one-way street, as taught to try to get the knowledge and wisdom of a mentor, but then what is advantageous also for him to spend time in an attempt to teach it to you. Insert it into your mind if you are serious in seeking good trading mentors.
